Trying not to be nervous

So today while Violet and I were at the gym, Ross got started on setting up Violet's room. He moved the crib from our room to the second bedroom and put my computer in our bedroom. I still don't know where he's going to put his computers, but he'll figure it out, I'm sure.

Right now Violet's asleep and Ross is out there drilling the bookshelf and media shelves to the wall so Miss Baby won't bring them down on top of her tender little head. He also has to put up the curtain in Violet's room. It's an ugly green color - it's a room darkening curtain, which honestly, I'm not sure works any better than the heavy velveteen curtains we already have. Though they're not much more attractive than the green one. I just expected more (or less light) for my $30.

Anyway, we start the sleep training on Tuesday and right now I'm trying not to think too much about it. She's going to hate it and she's going to cry - a lot. And I'm going to hide in the other room, at least for the first night or two.

Wish us luck! We're going to need it.
