I'm about two months old here. Look at what a nice, calm baby I was - unlike some babies I know...
Violet's definitely got her dad's lips, but my eyes.
I can't tell you how much I wish Grandmama was here to see her.

I found your blog from the comment section of Farmgirl Fare. I am a neonatal nurse and jump at baby pics. I was touched by this pic and your comment. I lost my mom and now that I have grandchildren I wish she could have lived to see them, espically since my granddaughter looks exactly like me. I also live in Tennessee, memphis to be exact. I will be reading you alot.
