Birthday surprises

Birthdays are fun! At least they are when you're turning one.

Yesterday Violet got a lovely package from Jen with the cutest little books you ever saw! Today she got a package from Uncle Clay and Anton - a wooden duck that walks down a little platform. This duck was so cool, Clay and Anton brought him back from Prague, where they visited this summer. Martha Stewart would love that duck! Violet wanted to eat him.

She also got a package from her best bud in NYC, Reese. She got some great books & cute shoes & the coolest apple green tennis dress from Ralph Lauren! It's the cutest! And it's sized perfectly for her to wear this spring/summer. I can't wait - it is waaay cute.
