Banana bread! I made it with applesauce instead of butter! And reduced fat sour cream instead of regular!

I only tried the tiniest taste off the bottom. I didn't want to ruin the effect for when Mr. Henderson comes home. Normally I wouldn't dust it with powdered sugar, but it just looks so pretty since I baked the bread in my cathedral cake pan (thanks Brian!).
