Last night I made pizza from scratch. I got the recipe for the dough from Farmgirl Fare. But, since I don't have a stone for the oven (or a peel), I figured the easiest thing to do would be to make it a deepdish pie. It was super easy. For toppings it's got fresh tomatoes, spinach, mushrooms, onions and garlic, and of course mozzarella.
Tasty treat! And I've got a second batch of dough in my freezer for next weekend.
